Oklahoma's Meal
Chicken-fried steak, BBQ pork and biscuits with sausage gravy. Black-eyed peas, fried okra, grits, corn and squash. Plus, don't forget the cornbread on the side or pecan pie and strawberries for dessert. For many Oklahomans this is comfort food, common at church potlucks or Sunday dinner with family, but it's also the state meal of Oklahoma. This week on LoyalTV, join us in Oklahoma City as we find out how these delicious dishes became official.
